Please note that the rug was not perfectly flat when these pictures were taken. The warped lines in the carpet are not a defect, but only a result of the fold lines on the carpet because of its not being laid perfectly flat. The crease will disappear after a few months.

If you wish, you can always supply us with fabric swatches, paint chips, or yarn samples, etc... We can match them in the rug . A strike-off will be produced to make sure of final results meeting your requirements.

Shipment:
When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 5 days once your payment is completed.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual counties, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country, These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for custom duties.
Returns:

We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for quality reason.
